Copyright is being sucked into the one of the footer blocks?

The copyright line is being pulled into footer three instead of being presented below it.

On your demo site there are three footer blocks and below that in it’s own section is the copyright and theme information. On my site – which is not public yet, the copyright and your theme link is being pulled into the footer block 3. Make sense?

I can send a screen shot via email if you would like.
