I would like to be able to create customised titles for my widgets, is there some CSS code I can use to do this? My widgets run across my site but here is an example page: http://pottymouthedmummy.com/category/main-blog/

@Sian You can use the custom css option for this. You can go in the dashboard, Appearance->Theme Options->Design Options Tab->Custom CSS.
You can use the following selector and css inside it as you need.

.widget-title {
}
