Hi, I disabled the comments in the Settings >Discussions. I also followed these two links https://www.themehorse.com/theme-instruction/clean-retina-pro/#disablecomment http://en.support.wordpress.com/enable-disable-comments/ to do so, but my comments are still showing up. I was also trying to find where I can insert something like <?php if(get_the_ID()==532) comments_template(); // Comments ?> Would you please provide any suggestions?

Disable comments should work if you have followed the above instruction in the link. You must have missed something. Can you have a check again and post link to your site.
