It seems the theme does not allow display of full text on articles except on the home pages. There is “Blog Display Type on Home Page”, but the theme only allows excerpt anywhere else articles appear. Is this correct?

We have designed our theme this way. You need code customisation for it to display as you need or you may hire a developer.
