[p.hoedemaekers]

I use Ultimate for a number of sites.
In one of them (www.text-site.nl) in Dashbord-Apearence the item ‘Editor’ dissapeared and cannot be opened.
How to get that back?

Sorry! There is Editor Option and we have not removed it nor we can it’s a WP core option.
Please try this direct link to open the editor page and let us know it works or not. Also try deactivating all the plugins and reinstall the fresh copy of the theme.
