I’m not sure why but comments are not available on my blog posts. Example:

How do I enable comments? Shouldn’t this be a default setting?

Hi Janelle,

Go to dashbaord -> click on posts -> at the top there is screen options (click on it and check the comments box.)

Then go to the particular post and at the top there is screen options ( click on it and check the comments box and also discussion box as you did before)

Then you will be able to display the comments.

I did everything you suggested, yet comments still do not show. There is no box for a user to add comments or start a discussion. Any other suggestions?
