as you can see even i setup Excerpt to 55 words BUT didn’t show the text in all posts
But it shows in some posts like this https://spiritualhealing.com/limenas-thasos/

can you help me to resolve the issue?

If you see the archive list of the post limenas-thasos here you can easily see the excerpt displaying correctly.
Please deactivate the plugins one by one it may be the plugin conflict.
