Is it possible to have the featured image display on the post page? I can’t seem to make that happen without manually adding the image even after I’ve selected it as the “featured image.”
On the homepage (business template), I’ve added the “recent posts” widget. Is it possible to have that section include the image as well? Also, how can I format that section to be spaced like the rest of the sections on the homepage? It is shifted all the way to the left.
thank you!

It would be great if you provide your site Url too. Yes featured image will be displayed in the post page but you must not use that post in slider.
Once you go through this link https://www.themehorse.com/theme-instruction/ambition/
If still there is some issue then let us know.Thank you!

If you scroll towards the bottom of the page, you’ll see the “Read the latest from our Blog” section. It’s too far to the left and no images show up. If you click the first article (which is not one that appears in the slider), you’ll see that the featured image does not show up there either (even though I’ve set one).
One last question, on the blog post page, the title shows up both in the title that overlays the image bar, and at the top of the article. Could the title in that overlays the image bar be changed to simply say, “blog” or something other text?
Thank you!

The recent blog widget is the WordPress default widgets. That’s not the place to add recent blog widgets. You must add only the recommended widgets in business page section.
Now i got you. When you click the first article it goes to the single post. In your single post your featured image will not be displayed. If you want to display image then you need to add the image in the post editor. We have designed our theme this way.
View this screenshot where i have added the image
http://awesomescreenshot.com/0ca54saxc0Go to Appearance -> Customize -> Ambition theme options -> Custom CSS paste the below CSS code and Click on Save & Publish button at the top of the options panel.
For your second question.single-post .entry-title{ display:none; }
Thank you!
