Great theme. BUT I really miss a FEatured posts widget like the one for featured pages.Is it possible somehow to make featured posts appear at the front page (Business) just like the pages – so the design is the same?

We don’t have this feature. So you need code customization for it or hire a developer to fix it. While customizing the code you need to make the child theme and only then customize the code. Because while updating to our new version you are safe from you changes if you change in child theme. If you are unable then you need to hire a developer to fix it.
