Dear team

Amazing work and amazing (free!) themes.
But I run in to some difficulties:
1. How can I insert custom header image so that there is no gap between the menu bar?
2. How can I prevent custom header from resizing with the page (I would like it to be centered so that height and width stays the same, but resizing browser window or using smaller display device will crop it) (see my school projects page here http://hcict.net/degree/teamwon/)

Go to Appearance -> Theme Options -> Design Options Tab -> Custom CSS paste the following CSS code and Click on save all changes button:

.hgroup-wrap {
  padding: 0;
}

For you second question, it needs code customization and you need to hire a developer.
