@markmapston In the dashboard, go to Appearance->Theme Options->Slider Options Tab->Slider Options. There is option to activate the feautured or image slider in all pages. You can try it and click on ‘Save all Changes’. I don’t know if you are looking for this or something else. If you are asking something else can you make it more clear?
