When I use google structure data tool for my website, it shows a hatom hentry error.

how to resolve this problem ?

Yes, no error but it shows like this :

A lot of hentry type ( basically every post shown in the homepage )

why does that happen?

Each and every post section will have hentry on blog page and it is not an issue of the theme. This was came from WordPress core and it is not an issue.

but when i use other wordpress theme and put into google structure data, it gives out clear Article schema.

It needs code customization to add the schema structure feature for each and every article. You have to hire a developer as this a new feature to add in the theme.
