Hi!

I have the Attitude (Premium) theme (www.dehangouthelper.nl) but I can not put a header logo into the custom header area. Every time when I put a logo the section stays empty. Whats wrong?

Hi Rob,

Did you tried from here Apperance -> Theme Options -> Design Options tab -> Custom Header?
Also please try uploading logo by deactivate all the plugin one by one.

Did you customise any code ? If not then once you install the fresh copy of attitude Pro theme. And still there is a problem then please send your temporary username and password at [email protected], we will look over it. And don’t forget to send this forum url too.

Hi Rob,
I just added the header logo in you and its working fine. So recently i just kept it to show you that its working . I did not do any thing. You may view it from your dashboard and its working fine there.

Thank you. I just want to replace the logo and it doenst work again. I am using a chromebook and chrome browser. Which browser do you use?

I am also using the same chrome browser. Could you once update your browser too. I would like to recommended to use the next laptop to upload the image. Hope that may help you

I have just installed Attitude Pro and I am unable to upload a customer logo. I tried to follow the instructions here but it is still not working. I was unable to deactivate the Revolution Slider.

I am also having problems getting a slider to work. Your instructions are not very good!

To upload the logo go to dashboard -> appearance -> theme options -> design options -> custom header and then upload your customer logo. View this screen shot.

Yes deactivating revolution slider, there is issue. Thanks for your suggestion. IF you don’t wish to use revolution slider then you need to delete it from ftp
Go to ftp -> wp-content -> pugins -> revolution slider and delete it from here.

Thanks you for getting back to me but your instructions are not clear and do not work.

I tried to upload my logo file as you instructed but it does not load.

I deleted the Revolution slider using FTP but cannot work out how to use your slider. Your instructions are not clear. Loading a slider should be a very simple process and you are making it hard. I want the same slider for all of my website pages.

Is there anyone else out there that can walk me through the slider loading process?

If your logo is not uploading then just add a logo in your media uploader and just send your temporary username and password at [email protected], We will look over it. Don’t forget to send this forum url and also your site link too.

To work about slider, You are using pro version then it more simple too.
I will describe for you here.
Log on to the dashboard -> appearance -> theme options -> slider options

Hi All,
The logo is working fine. We have checked it many times. Once you deactivate all the plugins and check and also if there is issue then send your temporary username and password. We will look over it. Don’t forget to send this forum url too. We have already fixed the revolution slider.
Login to our site with the same username and password while you have purchase the theme and download the latest version of the theme.
If you have still one year subscription you will have access to the download the update file

The fav icon is also working fine. It is disable by default. Uncheck the button after uploading the image. Then it works.

This theme is a waste of time. The slider and logo elements do not work and the support is slow and next to useless.

I have followed the instructions provided and they are ineffective.

I will switch to another theme and dump this one.
