Everytime i go to load up my logo into the header section it fails to bring up the media gallery.
Any Ideas?

We are not having any issue related to header image. You can upload logo there instead of site title.
If you have any issue then let us know.

Hi thanks for sending me the link.
The gallery will not load when I press add new image button.
I have tried it on a different computer so it’s not my laptop.

The same for adding the sliders in.

What should I do?

Sorry! We have checked and it works fine here.
You are doing wrong to set the gallery please follow this instruction https://www.themehorse.com/theme-instruction/interface-pro/#gallery to set the gallery.
And also seems that you have set the image in the slider.

Hi I’m still struggling to get the logo up 🙁 so sad really need some help
can i email you our login and see what you think?

The gallery want load in the customise section I have had to use the blog post sliders….

BUT
A) how do I take the writing (title of post) off the front of the slider
B) How do i stop the slider linking through to somewhere

Hi amy,

Did you made any code customization? If not then first of all deactivate all the plugins that you have installed in your dashboard and try to upload logo. IF still there is an issue then Email Us your temporary username and password.

You mean to add gallery? Could you make it more clear. If you like to set gallery as in our demo then you may follow this instruction https://www.themehorse.com/theme-instruction/interface-pro/#gallery to set the gallery. If you want other than this then it needs code customization and need to hire a developer.

A)how do I take the writing (title of post) off the front of the slider?
==> You may add custom css to remove the post title. Go to Appearance -> Customize -> Design Options -> Custom CSS paste the below CSS code and Click on Save & Publish button at the top of the options panel.

.featured-text .featured-title {
    display: none;
}

B) How do i stop the slider linking through to somewhere?
==> To stop linking slider either you code customization or you can use Featured Image slider Options instead of using featured post/ page slider options. (Use # sign in Redirect Link # 1)

AMAZING help on the slider title CSS CODE – THANK YOU!

I would like to use the featured Image Slider Option but again like the header logo the media gallery will not load for me to choose an image or slide.

I would love for you to look at the logo for me THANK YOU!!!
I have tried de activating all the PLUGGINS this does not make any difference.
