Can you please guide me in adding “Noto Sans Telugu” font as it’s required for my site since I depend on telugu content.

Unfortunately normal Noto Sans font isn’t displaying the alphabets appropriately.

If you want to use the Custom Font for the Theme then you can use it through Plugins. Here is a plugin that might work for you.
