My Home page for my blog does not show posts, but when I open my blog page, what I believe to be the home page appears – with all the posts as designed. The problem is I would like to use a different slider than the Revolution Slider, but I don’t know where/how to edit the home page? Our Header Title is a link to the home page, but I don’t know how to edit that page. I deleted the original home page (from another Theme) because it didn’t link to the actual home page.

Also, if I want to use a different slider, would I embed that in the Visual editor portion of the Page Editor?

Hi John,
Go to the dashbaord -> setting -> reading and select the front page display as home page. Then this will display your front page as a home pge. And from the pages you just select the template for any blog (e.g:- blog image large or blog full content or blog image medium. ). This will display your blog according to the selected template.
Yes we have other two slider except revolution slider. You can use any of them. Its inside
dashbaord-> appearance -> theme options -> featured/ post page slider
From here you have image slider and also post page slider.
