I am having the same kind of problem that has been reported already by others.

I have a five featured pages in my homepage slider with featured images. Only the image of the first featured page shows. The rest of the slide show only shows the title and beginning text of the pages. If I change the order of the pages in the slider, the image of featured page/post #1 shows, the others don’t. I tried all kinds of things, such as deleting the featured image in the page edit scree, then reselecting it, deleting all of the slider setting then reconfiguring it all over, but nothing works.

This is an update to my previous post. It seems that my problem was due to the size of the featured images. After having rested them from an average of 2mo to a size and format (jpg at 80% quality) which reduces their weight down to an average of 400ko, my slider works fine. I don’t know if this has to do with a limit to how much data the slideshow scripts can manage, or a limit imposed my ISP, but evidently size matters !

Hope this testimony helps others out there.
