Hi,

I have a problem displaying the Revolution Slider on the Home Page. I can add it to all other pages except for the home page. Could you please provide a solution for the problem?

I have filled out everything in Theme Options > Slider Options > Revolution Slider Options

but I don’t know what’s the ID of the Homepage.

Hi goto Theme Options > Slider Options > Revolution Slider Options and view this below screenshot.

You can view Post ID/ Page ID by clicking Posts/Pages->All posts/pages in your Dashboard. Hover the Edit link on individual Post/Page there you can see the digit value of the Post ID.

Hi, thanks for the answer!

The problem is that I want to place the rev slider on the homepage and I haven’t made the homepage like a Post/Page so it doesn’t appear in the POsts/Pages and I can’t see it’s ID.

I have checked it to Display on homepage in the Revolution Slider Options and didn’t put an ID but it doesn’t appear. Can you tell me what’s the ID of the homepage or where can I see it?

But another issue occured. The slider was duplicated on the home page. I don’t know how to remove the second slider.

Hi Dinna,

I think you have added the revolution slider inside the widgets too. Once you remove the revolution slider from your widgets. If still there is a problem then once send your temporary username and password at Email Us, and don’t forget to send this forum url too.

I have removed the Revolution slider from the Widgets but it didn’t help 🙁
If I send you a snapshot of the element source would it be enough to tell me what to do as I don’t want to share my admin access credentials?

The link below is a screenshot of Inspect Element of the second slider. I should remove from the code the highlighted lines and the second slider will be gone. But how to make it as I can’t make it from inspect element?

Are you using this revolution slider from widgets. If yes then remove it. Please check it once that you may have used this revolution slider inside widgets under business page sidebar.View this screenshot

As you can see below I haven’t added the Revolution Slider to the Business Page Sidebar.

We have fixed your issue. The problem is that you have inserted this short codes insides header.php <?php putRevSlider("Slider1","homepage") ?>

That’s way you are getting two revolution slider.
