How to eliminate a Code glitch below the comment box

I have installed the Interface free theme. I really like it a lot an consider to go PRO.
I am a newbie in wordpress and still learning on using it.

I notice that below the comment box I always see this coding language which I do not want anybody to see it.

Below the comment box it says :

You may use these HTML tags and attributes: <abbr title=””> <acronym title=””> <b>

<cite> <i> <q cite=""> <strike>
How do you eliminate it? I look forward to hear back from you.

HI rahdian,

Goto dashboard -> appearance -> theme-options -> design-options->custom css
```
.form-allowed-tags {
display:none;
}
```
