Please tell me how can I remove word “tag” from my website, for example: http://my-domain.com/tag/sampletext/????
And other question. I saw that other MOST websites haven’t this “tag” in own urls, but my site using ultimate theme and have a lot of tags like this http://my-domain.com/tag/sampletext1/, http://my-domain.com/tag/sampletext2/ etc.

AND If google can treat my website as “duplicate content? If it possible? I have a few tags for each article and these tags provides to the same text (article) and how delete this option, when I see tag, tag, once again tag in my urls of website?

Please help me 🙂

EDIT: I checked other websites and after wrote site:sample site.com i see results in google: for example 20. But when I wrote my own site to “site:my site.com” i see results 60 and I see that this large number – 60 is cause using words “tag” in my urls. So, how can I solve this problem? I want to ONLY see my articles of website.

Can you please provide us the specific site URL? So that we can see it reply your question.
Basically tags are the things that you can set it via post editor while create a new post.

“you can set it via post editor while create a new post” – hmmm but I haven’t this option while editing post. I use all in one seo pack plugin. This is my site: mistrziq .pl (spacing done)

edit: hmm i think that almost websites have tags, but are hidden and we don’t see “tags” in urls. Or maybe almost websites (including you) don’t use tags? I think that my first “thought” is correct.

May it was listed because the tag you are using for the post is the top Search Engine key. So that the Google listed those tags rather than the main article. Your tag may be the most searched key than your article post title.
It will be best if you contact to the SEO specialist or to the main author of the SEO plugin that you are using in your theme.
