As per topic subject: is there a way to prevent a specific category to appear in the homepage and in the banners? Via CSS maybe?

Hi xeinar,

Sorry it cannot be done through Custom CSS code, You need to customize the Theme Code as per your requirement. Or you can do it by creating a new categories where you can assign the different posts to it expect the posts of categories which you do not want to show.

This could be usegul for others: in the end I found a plugin that can do it. Else, it can be done via adding code to the functions.php file.
