Hi,
I love this theme! I’ve swapped from Folio press and like both.

I was just wondering is it possible to…

– move the logo to be in line with the menu?
– unstick the right-hand side menu?
– make the content area of posts and pages wider when there is no sidebar?
– edit the footer?
