I had my image slider with all the images looking great a few months ago and I just looked on there and the image sizes are different than what they were. They are all the same sizes, just wondering why my head is cut off on one and the bottom off on another and how I fix it?

Did you used any image resizing plugin? First of all deactivate all plugins one by one that you have in your dashboard and check it. This may be because some plugin try to resize the image.
