Dear Support Team,

I have purchased the interface PRO yesterday, but i hace some problems on the template.

First of all, i don’t see the visual editor button when editing post/page…
Second, how could i desable comments on pages & posts? (what plugin do you recommend?)

Hi YAN,
Which visual editor are you talking about? Could you send the screen shot of it?

and for your second questions to disable comments on posts and pages,Go to particular page / post which you want to disable.
Click on screen options at right top of the page /post

Select the Discussion and comments so that it will display below the editor. You will be able to see like this.

Unselect both of them and it will not display the comment section.

Hi YAN,
i just visited to our demo site and its working fine there. There may be some plugins conflict. So once you deactivate all the plugins and try whether it works or not.

Hello, I desactivated all my plugins, and it is not working. I remember, when I installed wordpress & your template into it, at the biginning there wasn’t any “Html” or “Visual” editors. Therefore, i think it must be another thing.

I already fixed the problem. In fact, in the personal profile, the visual editor was desabled. i just unchecked and it worked.

I have only one personal demande, could you please edit your “replies” removing my name from it?

I hope it is possible. thanks
