The site does not show menu options on an iphone 4s with mobile theme set to ‘ON’.

Also the sidebar and footer content is missing.

    Please advise asap.

    Thanks

    Hi nash02,

If you set the mobile theme off our theme will be shown which is already mobile compatible. So you don’t have to use mobile theme, so you can set that feature off.

    Hi Rabin

Your suggestion does not solve the problem I’m facing.

    1. My visitors should be able to fully access the site regardless of choosing mobile theme ON/OFF option. I can’t tell them to turn the theme OFF. At the moment the site is pretty much useless IF ios mobile theme is ON.

2 As far as I can remember the site functioned normally until recently before upgrade to Attitude premium.

    3. Are you suggesting that incompatibility with ‘mobile theme ON/OFF option’ is a known issue with the product ?

    Hi Naresh,

Our theme doesn’t have mobile theme ON/OFF option. It should automatically fit into your mobile device. Have a look of our demo in your iPhone https://www.themehorse.com/preview/attitude-pro/ Either you are using some sorts of plugins for this,if that’s the case you can turn it off or your web hosting is triggering it, then you should talk to your host.

    Yes Rabin

It was a plugin that caused it. Now sorted.

    Thanks
