I just bought the ultimate pro template, and have installed, but when I try to edit with the live preview customization, nothing shows up. Could you please advise.

Hi Carlos Giron Cords,

Once check by deactivating the plugins one by one. Some plugins might have affected the Theme. also download the fresh copy of Theme again from the Login account. Some file might have been missed.

Please let us know if the issue still persists.
