Everything was working fine, and then while adding pages my logo moved behind the navigation bar. Any idea on how to fix this.

It just seems to be an issue with IE10. Please see example at the following link:

@TheBusinessCat There shouldn’t be such issue as we have tested our theme with ie10. Just checked the image that you provided and there I find that you have set the Document mode to be ie7 standards. Please change this to ie10 and it should be fine.
