How come the menu items such as, Home, appears in the actual web Page, shown below?

My Questions:
1) Is it possible to remove the menu item from the page such as?

2) Can the menu item, if it remains in the page, be named different such as, shown below?

Hi, same issue here. Exactly as it appears in the photo of the original poster. I visited the link to the custom menu page on wordpress and while informative, doesn’t describe how to remove that title in the page/post.

I’m attempting to remove the title of the page from the page itself. I’d like content to start immediately and not have the word ‘HOME’ before content.
