The menu on my website http://www.comsys.pl is in a different position than on your demo template site. What I do to the menu move (below the title site) in the same position as https://www.themehorse.com/preview/interface-pro/ (below the title site)?

Its the sub menu. You create submenu from dashboard -> appearance -> menus
