I’m the web dev for http://piedmonthousingalliance.org/. My client reports a weird issue … every so often, image captions just disappear from the images on the staff page (http://piedmonthousingalliance.org/about-us/phastaff/). I can see in the media gallery that they are not there and you can see a couple of images that don’t have them anymore on that staff page.
I’ve never run into this issue … can you provide any guidance?
We have inspect via browser developer tools and found that there is no caption added same like other. so please add caption in those images as you did for other.
The issue is that we put in the captions for all of the staff members and after a while, some of them just randomly disappear out of the captions field – we’re not manually removing them.
There is no any issue in theme. Once you again add it and check if same problem will occur or not. If same problem will occur then try activating default WordPress theme and test weather it is theme related issue or not.
