How do I display the menu on a mobile device?

This is my staging site: http://www1.adiba.web.id/ menu is visible on the desktop computer, but missing in mobile devices http://www.responsinator.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww1.adiba.web.id%2F

I have just now checked and its working fine in our mobile device. Just once clear all you cache and have a look
