I’ve created a second slider. All works perfectly when viewed in Safari, IE & Chrome, but when viewed in Edge the first slider appears fine, but on transition only the image is displayed – no text and no buttons. When I mouse over the buttons they appear, but the text appears only a fraction of a second before the transition to the next slider – when the behaviour repeats, so after initial slider load no home page text is readable.
I’ve updated to the latest version of the theme, without any change in behaviour.
Any ideas on how to get this working in Edge? My target audience is Microsoft Office 365 users, and Microsoft recommends Edge as the preferred browser, so this is a big issue for me.
Thanks

Can you please provide us the site URL? So, that we can check it from our end.
Also please view our demo of Ambition theme on your same environment to see is there same issue or not?Thank you!

When I view your demo it appears to work correctly, but you’re using the same body text for both sliders, so it’s not quite the same.
Thanks

I’ll quickly run through the other transitions and see which work.

However I’ll leave it on Wipe for the moment so you can see the problem.

We have investigate the issue and found that this issue was only in your sit. We have not found any issue on our end we have change the setting to wipe in our preview site too and the slider is running smoothly without any problem.
Can you please set your slider effect to wipe so that we can see your site on live? May some plugins and JS that you have used into your site is conflicting the wipe effect in the slider.Thank you!

December 11, 2017 at 10:17 am #54425mhillParticipantHi,
OK, it seems it’s only my site, only in Edge and only the Wipe transition. I’ll just avoid using that transition in future. Thanks for your help. Let’s close this issue.
