Navigation menu dissappearing on one category archive page

I have multiple category archive pages that I link to from my main navigation menu of the site. They all use archive.php, not custom category-archive.php pages. However, when I click one of the category links, the navigation on that page is missing. This doesn’t happen on any of the other category archive pages. Is there something I could have clicked that would make it go away?
