Only the text widget seems to keep bulleted points formatting, however they appear one below the other in rows rather than beside each other in columns. How can I create 3 columns of widgets that display bullet points?
Sorry you can not create a bullet points formatting beside each other for text widgets.
You can use different sidebars to create 3 column in footer via footer sidebars column 1, column 2 and column 3
