I have installed several times NewsCard Free but theme doesnt show Featured Image when sharing on Facebook.

I have no plugins installed.

In fact, I had to install a plugin (Yoast) in order to show Featured Image on Facebook. I looked for missing OpenGraph but the NewsCard theme had them all, nothing missed.

Yes you have to install Yoast plugin for best features/option regarding to SEO.
