Excerpts of my blog posts are not appearing on my homepage. You can bypass the Coming Soon page with this: http://www.melindalippert.com/secondpass

Here are my settings:

Appearance > Customize > Static Front Page: Your Latest Posts.

Appearance > Theme Options > Design Options > Home Page Layout Options: Corporate Layout and Excerpt Display Type 2.

Appearance > Theme Options > Advance Options > Homepage/Frontpage category settings: I selected all of the categories.

Settings > Reading > Front Page Displays: Your Latest Posts

I think the blog post excerpts are supposed to show on the homepage below the boxes and above the footer widget area. Mine aren’t showing. What am I missing? Help, please. (I do realize I can have them show by using the slider, but I do not want to do that as I have my slider set with featured images for pages).

@melindalippert In you second part of the settings above that you have. In the Home Page Layout Options set to it any other layout other that Corporate Layout, if you select it it will show the corporate layout content and not the blog content. Hope this helps.
