Primary menu visible on website but gone in Admin under Appearance

For some reason, the primary menu no longer shows up on the Admin page (under Appearance<Menus). It is visible on the website, but there is no way to edit the menu? The custom menus I created are on the Admin page just not the primary menu. How can I get the menu to reappear so I can edit?

Hi there,

Are you sure those are primary menu that is visible on the site? It may be a default pages as well. Also you can edit via Appearance > Menus.
