Primary Slogan not showing on mobile phone

I’m using a phone number in the primary slogan spot and it is showing when viewed in a browser but not on a mobile phone. The secondary slogan shows in both. If I put text into the Primary slogan (Call 555-555-5555) the word Call shows but not the number.
