I purchased Clean Retina Pro over a year ago and I no longer have access to updates or the premium forum. The notice about cancelling was NOT there last year. My site is now throwing theme errors on the back end and I would really appreciate some support as it is a premium theme.

As of the latest version of WordPress there has been some changes in code that has to be compatible for the theme as well. So we have already made our themes compatible to the latest version of WordPress.
To get support access as well as theme update file you have to renew your subscription. We have already mentioned it before as well in the order total where it says $45.00 up front then $15.00 / year (optional)

Ok, I renewed my subscription and now have access to the premium forum, but cannot find the update download for the theme. Please advise.

Hi Shelly,

Login to our site with the same username that you have purchase the theme and you will be redirected to your account page where you can see the Available Download section to download the theme. If you can not see please contact to our sales team via Email they will look into your account.

I don’t understand why you want me to pay you $15.00 per year? When I paid for the pro version, there was no information telling me I will receive an invoice every year. By the way, where is your contact information?

Hi Vasil,

Actually after the purchase of our theme you will get free update and support for one year from our support forum.
After one year if you want to continue with the update and support for the theme you will have to pay $15 for another year.
But you can continue to use the theme for the lifetime without renewing the yearly subscription.

If you do not want to renew your subscription then you can ignore the invoice and no any action required.

Actually that is very misleading I have to say.

I just came back to Themehorse to do exactly the same thing. All I wanted to do was download the latest update of the Theme that I purchased. I was under the impression that the theme update was lifetime but support was not.

It’s a bit weak only providing one year of updates.

My account says “Clean Retina Pro (Theme Lifetime) × 1”

One would already presume that you can use the theme for a lifetime!

@craig2 Sorry! We are not misleading. Theme is for lifetime means you can use the theme for lifetime in your site without any payment but for the update and support you have to renew your subscription with little amount.
