Just post your forum topic in the Premium version. I think this is related to Premium version. This feature is of revolution slider. You can activate the revolution slider and adjust your banner and images on it. We will not give the support about this plugins.

I cannot locate the premium version support forum. Can you post a link for the interface pro premium support forum?

To access the premium themes support forum you have to first purchase the premium theme.

I did purchase the premium theme. The only support option I see is for the free version here in my backoffice.

Then it means your free one year subscription has been expired OR you have cancel the subscription before expire.
If your subscription has expired then you have to renew your subscription to get access to the support forum as well as to get the theme update file.
