I wanted to know how does your theme and your jquery part work with the now no longer valid safe harbor agreement work? Do you collect data through your theme? If that is the case i have to look for a new one, cause im not allowed to transfer any data (IP-Adress included) to a american service without notifying the visitor of the site first. So how do we do this now?
