I’m working on a client’s site who has Newscard Pro (Version: 1.1.4)

I am trying to add a Sidebar to single posts.

In the Layout settings I only have the option of Global Layout Setting, which is set to ‘Right Sidebar’.

On my category pages the Right Sidebar appears as it should. But it’s not appearing on single posts.

When I click Edit Post to check the settings of the posts, all posts have ‘Default Layout set in Customizer’ selected, so you would expect this to mean it would inherit the Global Layout Setting of ‘Right Sidebar’ but i’m not getting a sidebar on any posts.

I now notice that the version they have is quite outdated – could this explain the problem?

For single posts global setting should work.
Can you please provide us the site Url? So that we can see the exact issue with sidebar in single post page.
