Hello,
we have three websites with the Utilmate Pro theme installed and recently we have bought the SSL certificate for each one. After installing, two are working fine (www.unibor.ir & http://www.01pessot.it), the third (www.karnasch.it) doesn’t redirect the homepage’s contents correctly.

We set all the parameter both on wordpress and in the file .htaccess, and it still doesn’t work. Our provider told us that maybe the problem could be related to the theme.

It appears that the images in the home page (where we are using the “business page” with the “our theme” widgets) don’t allow the redirect correctly.

We are using a child theme as you made some modification for us (a link on each images for a redirect).

Have you any suggestion to solve this?

Hi Désirée,

The theme doesnot have anything to do with SSL. We are not using any http:// code in our theme. You can activate any other theme and can test the issue. The two sites are working fine means its not the theme related issue.

Just visited to you site and its a server error. Also you can try Easy HTTPS Redirection to redirect to https.
