    We have just checked and page editor work fine.
    Please try deactivating the plugin one by one. It may be the plugin conflict as well.

    The culprit was the plugin Contact Form 7. Removed and problem ceased.

    @dsamdahl We have checked by activating Contact Form 7 plugin but there is no such issue.
    May some other plugins that you are using is not compatible Contact form 7.
