Hello. My first year of subscription for the Themes Bundle is about to expire. I paid with PayPal last year. Is the next payment taken automatically or should I login and renew my subscription manually?

Hi Charles,

We won’t renew charge automatically.
You will have to renew your subscription manually after it expire from your account page. Just go to the account page and go to the order detail tab there you will see renew button to renew your subscription.

I updated the theme and was automatically relegated to the free version. I repurchased the pro theme and it has not updated the theme on the live site / provided me with a code to update the theme.

Does it have to be manually uploaded again? If so this may cause issues / add extra, unplanned work.

Hi James,

Yes you have to manually update the theme as you did before. To get the latest version of the theme login to our site with the same username while you have purchased the theme and download the theme file from you account page.
