We are trying to renew our license for the Interface Pro Theme. Everytime we select pay and insert our card details, payment fails.
We have tried to both renew the current license (which is very old) and purchase a new license, but we get the same error message, “Payment was not successful”
Your assistance herewith would be greatly appreciated.
