I have downloaded 3.0.5 several times, both from the “download here” in the confirmation mail and from “my account” but the file is only named attitude-pro and is only 563K. How do I get the zip file so I can install it on my computer and in wp?

Go to your account page and you will see the available download section where you can download the theme zip file.
