I am running Attitude Pro. I have version 1.2.5 installed. Want to update to 3.0.7.

It fails every time I try to update it from my Dashboard. Here is the message I get:
Downloading update from https://downloads.wordpress.org/theme/attitude.3.0.7.zip…

Unpacking the update…

Installing the latest version…

Removing the old version of the theme…

Could not remove the old theme.

Theme update failed.

I can’t seem to update or delete plug ins either. Thank you!

Now in trying to update, I must have deleted a theme I thought I wasn’t using. Now my website is totally down displaying this: Warning: require(/home/content/33/11416133/html/wp-content/themes/twentyeleven/inc/theme-options.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/33/11416133/html/wp-content/themes/twentyeleven/functions.php on line 86

Is there no phone number for support? Please help.

Hi Taryl,

You are using Attitude Pro not a free version. So you have to download the theme from your account by logging into our site.
After downloading the theme you have to update it manually first activate the different theme and delete the old version of Attitude Pro and upload/install the latest version that you have download from our site.
