I had the below about 4 weeks ago and then it disappeared, but now its back again.

I am working on post and cannot save draft … warning is as below and I also get same warning if I want to preview a post.

Same problem here.
Question: who’s the jester responsible for writing a function that stores invalid XML in cache, before even trying to load it back? Please send him back to programming school, and then fix this issue once and for all. Understand that this is a major issue as it brings down the whole site every time your update server is down (which happened twice since last week btw)!
