Will all of the Custom CSS and selections I made in “Theme Options” also be transferred if I update the theme? I have done a lot of additions to the theme and don’t want to lose it. Thanks.
September 14, 2014 at 6:06 am #15968Theme Horse Support TeamKeymasterHi Phuong,
Yes all your theme options setting remains same. Not need to set it again and again but if you have customize the core file then you have back up the theme file and edit again and again whenever you update the theme.
Thank you!
September 14, 2014 at 11:28 am #15973JackParticipantI do not know how to fix this problem and my web manager is off-line. How can I fix this problem ASAP? I am not familiar with wordpress.

September 24, 2014 at 2:36 pm #16563gasshoParticipantSince I started this thread, let me add today that over the last few days the warnings for my blog simply dissappeared. I did NOT update my theme. Warnings appeared after WordPress updated to 4.0. Then we went through all this on the forum and now I have a warning-free dashboard. I’m really over WordPress updating so much and breaking themes. I’m also really over this forum and the supposedly pro theme’s website being broken all the time, and super slow. In emails with support they recently said they changed their hosing environment. Today trying to post this, I got several database errors before being able to login to post.
Oh the joys of running a blog these days!
September 26, 2014 at 7:03 am #16658Theme Horse Support TeamKeymasterDid you change any code by yourself in the theme?
Also we have upgraded our hosting and it was all fine now. Are you getting same errors while loading our site?Thank you!
September 26, 2014 at 11:46 am #16668gasshoParticipantNo, I took zero actions in regards to these warnings. ZERO. It fixed itself. And that was my point; all this backend stuff eats our time often for no good reason, when we need to be focusing on content! Any way, I’m glad I have a clean dashboard now.
As for this forum, today to post this I didn’t have problems. When I posted the last comment, there were a lot of problems. We’ll see what happens next time…

I ran into the same problems. Using the Retina Pro v1.2, logged in to WordPress which produced a lot of warnings. I did all updates from within wordpress. The theme is still v1.2 – after reading your latest post, I started to actually look for the link to download the newer version, but I can not find it.
Can you please tell me where I can download the updated version of a purchased Retina Pro v1.2?
September 29, 2014 at 7:33 am #16764Theme Horse Support TeamKeymasterHi Dombrowski,
We have update our theme compatible to WordPress 4.0 and disable some function that make error for the site.
Login to our site with the same username and password while you have purchase the theme and download the latest version of the theme.
If you have still one year subscription you will have access to the download the update file
==> yes exactly. But i think your subscription order is cancelled or expired. You can use our theme for life time but the support and updates will be provided only for 1 year. If your subscription is expired then you need to buy a new subscription.Thank you!
October 1, 2014 at 5:32 am #16880MargueriteParticipantHow do i upgrade Attitude Pro? Do I do it within WP or from downloading something from the Themehorse site?
I also have the WARNINGS and need to get rid of them.
In your September 12, 2014 post to SMW, you say:If you have not changed anything in our code then you are safe to update the theme. Just deactivate the old theme file and then delete it from the list. Now upload the latest version and activate it.
But how do you upload latest version?
thank you!
October 1, 2014 at 5:06 pm #16912Theme Horse Support TeamKeymaster@marguerite Fist you have to download the new version of the theme. Just login to our site with the same username you will be redirect to your account page there you will see your available download theme link if you still have the subscription to download the theme.
After downloading the theme file. Just deactivate the old theme file and then delete it from the list. Now upload the latest version and activate it.
Thank you!
